We had 1 resident in Memory Support test positive for COVID-19 this week. This resident immediately began isolating in place upon exhibiting symptoms and a positive test. All other residents have tested negative, and we are continuing to monitor for signs and symptoms.

Skilled Nursing

We are thankful that no skilled nursing residents or team members have tested positive this week. We continue to enjoy a mask free workplace due to no outbreak and community transmission status.

Personal Care and Memory Support

Personal Care has no current positive COVID-19 cases.  All residents were tested this week and the results were all negative. Memory Support has 1 resident that tested positive. We will continue to monitor all other residents closely for any signs or symptoms. All Memory Support residents will be tested this week and all team members will be required to wear KN-95 masks for the remainder of the outbreak. Visitation, activities, and dining remains open throughout Personal Care and Memory Support at this time.

Residential Living

We were made aware of 2 residents in RL that tested positive for COVID-19. There are no changes to any procedures at this time.
