Today we have a team member being tested for COVID.  The team member is symptomatic and learned today that other family members have tested positive. The team member did have contact with residents in skilled care two days ago.

Therefore, skilled care is once again in quarantine.  This means that there will be no visitation, dining will take place in resident rooms, activities will be on an individual basis only.

If the test results are negative, we can immediately go back to Phase 2.  If the results are positive, skilled care will remain in quarantine for 14 days.

We will communicate the results as soon as we know them.

Personal Care remains unchanged in Phase 2.
