Over the past few days, we have had one additional team member in Memory Support and one Residential Living resident test positive for COVID-19. Residential Living residents are welcome to come to the Hudson Taylor Dining Room during the testing times below if you wish to be tested. If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, we encourage you to call your primary care physician immediately.
Skilled Nursing
Due to previous positive test results, Skilled Nursing remains in the yellow zone. Visitors are welcome anytime but are strongly encouraged to visit between 9AM and 7PM in concordance with updated CMS regulations. Please remember, all visitors must check in at the reception desk prior to visitation and must remain masked AT ALL TIMES while visiting.
Memory Support
Due to positive test results, Memory Support remains in the yellow zone. Visitation is limited to those care planned for compassionate care visitation. We are in the process of working on a plan for families to be able to see their loved ones over the Christmas holiday. We will be reaching out to families shortly with specific instructions.
Personal Care
Personal Care continues to be open for visitation, dining, and group activities. Visitors are welcome anytime but are strongly encouraged to visit between 9 AM and 7 PM. Please remember all visitors must check in at the reception desk prior to visitation and must remain masked AT ALL TIMES while visiting.
