During this past week, a number of individuals within QPRC have tested positive for COVID-19. A total of 7 team members throughout the community, with 2 of those having routine contact with Skilled Nursing Residents. Two Skilled Nursing residents have tested positive in addition to 3 residential living residents.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing currently remains in all yellow zone. Visitors are welcome anytime but are strongly encouraged between 9AM and 7PM in concordance with updated CMS regulations. Please remember, all visitors must check in at the reception desk prior to visitation and must remain masked AT ALL TIMES while visiting. Team members, volunteers and contractors are required to wear an N-95 mask and eye protection at all times and use gowns while providing resident care.
Personal Care and Memory Support
Visitation guidelines have officially changed. Visitation is now permitted in Personal Care and Memory Support regardless of outbreak status. Visitors are welcome anytime but are strongly encouraged between 9AM and 7PM in concordance with updated CMS regulations. Please remember, all visitors must check in at the reception desk prior to visitation and must remain masked AT ALL TIMES while visiting.
Due to a recent positive test, Personal Care is in yellow zone which requires an N-95 mask and eye protection to be worn by team members working on those units. Memory Support has gone 14 days with no new positive tests so Memory Support is currently in green zone. Team members can wear a KN-95 mask and eye protection.
