Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing had 2 additional residents test positive, both in the same area as the existing outbreak. We currently only have 3 active COVID-19 cases left in the Skilled Nursing area. All previous COVID-19 cases are now considered recovered. We are continuing to use caution but are thankful this outbreak seems to be coming to an end.

While visiting remains open per CMS and DOH guidelines, we are strongly discouraging visitation in Skilled Nursing at this time until this current outbreak resolves. We ask that those who do choose to visit use caution and keep their mask on at all times.

Personal Care and Memory Support

Personal Care had 1 resident test positive. We will continue to monitor all other residents closely for any signs or symptoms. All Personal Care residents will be tested this week and all team members will be required to wear KN-95 masks for the remainder of the outbreak. Memory Support continues to have no positive cases. All personal care and memory support team members should be tested a minimum of one time per week for COVID-19 at this present time.

Residential Living

We have not been made aware of any new residents in residential living who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past week.
