We had 1 resident and 1 team member in Skilled Nursing test positive. The resident immediately began isolating in place upon a positive test. We believe we were able to contact trace the exposure. Residents were tested yesterday, and the tests come back negative. We will be testing additional residents today and are continuing to monitor for signs and symptoms. All team members will be required to wear KN-95 masks for the remainder of the outbreak. Visitation, activities, and dining remain open throughout Skilled Nursing currently.
