Quarryville was just made aware of a resident that has tested positive for COVID-19. The vaccinated resident remains asymptomatic and has been relocated our COVID-19 “red zone”. As a result, all other residents will be tested at minimum weekly until we have reached 14 days without a new positive.
With the recent change in CMS regulations, visitation is still permitted for Skilled Nursing residents. Visitors must continue to be screened prior to entry and must wear a mask at all times. All visitation must occur in resident rooms. No visitation in common areas or dining rooms are permitted.
All vaccinated team members will be required to be tested weekly until we have reached 14 days with no new cases. All unvaccinated team members working in Skilled Nursing must continue to be tested twice per week per current CMS and DOH guidelines.
