As COVID-19 Continues to spread throughout Lancaster County, we continue to see spread throughout our community as well.

Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing remains in outbreak status after 2 additional team members have tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 7 days. We continue to test residents a minimum of once per week or if they begin to exhibit any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. Visitation is still permitted per CMS but we continue to remind visitors that face masks must be worn at all times during indoor and outdoor visits.

Personal Care

Personal Care also remains in outbreak status due to a team member testing positive within the last 7 days. We continue to test residents a minimum of once per week or if they begin to exhibit any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. Visitation is still permitted at this time.

Memory Support

Memory Support has now gone more than 14 days without any residents or team members testing positive for COVID-19 so they remain in a normal status.

Residential Living

We have been made aware of a number of RL residents who tested positive for COVID-19 over the past few days. While no policies are changing at this time, please continue to use caution, especially if you have been exposed to someone with signs or symptoms or if you yourself begin to exhibit signs or symptoms of COVID-19.

Please continue to keep our residents and team members in your prayers.
