A Fundraiser for the Benefit of our Residents

Quarryville has been blessed throughout the years by many individuals who have given financially to support our mission. There are many ways to help -- through prayer, volunteering, giving to a fund, or helping to purchase an item on our wish list. We currently have several opportunities available to support our work. Thank you for your consideration and generosity.

WISH LIST

A New Bus – $110,000

Used by residents throughout the community for a variety of activities and appointments, the buses are both well-loved and well-used. Your donation towards the purchase of a new bus will impact all our residents.

A Raizer Lift for Residential Living – $4,225

The Raizer Lift is a battery-operated mobile lifting chair that helps a fallen person up to an almost standing position in a few minutes. the lift can be operated by a single assistant, and it requires only limited physical effort from the operator aside from a helping hand.

Glider/Rocker Chairs – $1,400

These specially designed chairs are safe and comfortable. Because they lock whenever the user sits or stands, it is the safest option for residents with dementia.

How to donate to the Capital Fund:

  1. Visit Donate on our website and scroll down to “Donate Online to Quarryville.” Then complete the form, check off Capital Fund, and make a note that your gift is for a new bus, the Raizer Lift, or a rocker chair. You may make your payment by credit card.

  2. Pick up a donation envelope at one of the reception desks. Complete the form on the envelope and insert your cash or check. Please make checks payable to QPRC and note the purpose of your gift.
